Our client is an industry-leading Private Equity Investment firm headquartered in Luxembourg.

Your role

  • Support the Executive Management Team in a highly efficient manner
  • Handle evolving priorities based upon fast-flowing data and urgent changing schedules
  • Continually and actively supervise calendars, correspondence and agenda schedules
  • Preparation and follow-up of correspondence
  • Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel
  • Maintain information confidentiality at all times
  • Organization and maintenance of files and records
  • Coordination with other Personal Assistants within the organisation
  • Coordinate and handle general office administration

Your profile

  • An independent, proactive and self-starting person who can work both on their own initiative and within a team
  • Experienced Executive Assistant with experience and ability to handle multiple busy agendas and schedules
  • Diplomatic, assertive with the ability to demonstrate absolute discretion as the situation demands
  • Experienced in a senior management environment and seeking a challenge in a dynamic work culture
  • A team player with outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous, with the ability to prioritise and resolve problems
  • Maturity and credibility to liaise with individuals at the highest levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and /or Executive Assistant Diploma or similar qualifications
  • English and French fluency is a must; Luxembourgish and German languages are considered an asset
