A top Fund Administration Services firm in Luxembourg requires an Account Manager to join their Private Equity and Real Estate division.

Role

Reviewing and calculating of net asset values on a variety of complex Private Equity and Real Estate funds

Supervising the senior fund and fund accountants

Client relations, developing working relations

Performing the administration for a portfolio of funds which hold a diverse portfolio of investments

Preparing financial statements, reports, payments and transactions

Supervising staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed

Liaising with clients and other fund participants, meeting expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines

Maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors

Assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisers

Requirements

Excellent command of English, a second language would be advantageous

Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area

Preferably hold or studying for a professional accounting qualification

Experience in Accounting

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)

Business & commercial acumen
