The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to transfer agency, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

Head of Transfer Agency (M/F)

Unlimited-term contract

Job Description:

In order to satisfy job position’s requirements, you will report hierarchically to the Managing Director of Luxembourg and assume following responsibilities:

• Overall management and sponsorship of the Transfer Agency
• Ensure that effective systems, resources, structure and expertise are in place and updated to support current and projected business levels related to Transfer Agency
• Deliver effective quality and mitigate operational risks of Luxembourg Transfer Agency services
• Support and promote the development of a European operating model for the transfer agency : co-ordinate implementation and continued effective operation of Transfer Agency platform and model across relevant European jurisdictions
• Promote the activities of the company and in particular the Transfer Agency to existing and future clients
• Represent the bank and the activities of the Transfer Agency at industry recognised conferences and forums
• Contribute to the development of the Luxembourg location as member of the Luxembourg Management Committee of the securities business line
• Provide budget and forecast exercises accordingly to the Group guidance for  the Transfer Agency

Your profile:

Education: Master degree in Economics, Finance or a professional experience of many years in a banking institution

Professional experience: minimum of ten years experience in TA and already experience as Head of.

High energy and excellent communication skills.

Very strong Management skills.
