Legal Advisor

Our client is a leading Super ManCo structure with a well-established and growing presence in Luxembourg.

In line with continued developments, they are now looking to find a new Legal Advisor on a permanent basis;

Daily Tasks:

• Supporting the Head of Legal
• Draft and/or review legal documents in relation to liquidations & mergers
• Assist in drafting and revising prospectuses, articles of incorporation, resolutions, agreements and / or any other legal documents;
• Providing legal services in connection with the on-boarding and daily administration Luxembourg domiciled Investment Schemes (UCITS/AIF’s)
• Assist with fund projects for third parties and coordinate CSSF filings
• Perform legal research regarding
• Support the Fund Registration Function & Company Secretary Function

Requirements:

• Working fluency in English. Other languages are advantageous
• You hold a degree in Law or have the equivalent experience;
• You have at least 2+ years of relevant work experience in Luxembourg
• You have a practical knowledge of Corporate Law principles
• Exposure to UCITS and AIF’s
• Possessing excellent communication skills
• You are able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
