Role
My client is looking for a talented CRM – Leading Investment Company.
The function provides a focal point, both internally and externally, for the services of the Management Company to a certain number of its clients. This position is directly responsible for the profitability and client satisfaction for those relationships and is also responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of any business projects; business retention and cross-sell activity for those clients. This position is acting as the first escalation point for any service queries of the relevant clients.
The role will also require monitoring of client revenues against budget and to develop a strategy to meet those. This will be complemented by detailed project plans for any potential project of the entrusted client relationships, remedial action plans where required, and the establishment of a detailed account plan for each relationship.
Additionally, Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for putting in place a detailed service offer, the definition of Service Level Agreements, an adequate fee structure, adequate legal coverage for the Management Company and the management of information flows internally towards Senior Management and all operations with regard to the activity for their client base.
Technical capabilities
· Excellent Client Management and presentations skills
· Working to Cross Sales / Income targets for diverse product lines and a certain number of client relationships.
· Experience in writing Account plans / Remedial Action plans and Project plans
· Client Take On’s and Transitions are delivered to plan, within budget and to a timetable.
· Ability to independently manage client relationships/client projects.
· Proven technical knowledge of Collective Investment Schemes and different Distribution models for same.
Experience
· Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg UCITs market and Regulations
· Extensive knowledge of broader financial markets and products
· Previous experience of running CRM, Client Service, Project Management and/or Sales
Functions preferred
· Strong Client Relationship Management, Sales and/or Project Management background
· Able to develop strong customer relationships (internal/external)
· Ability to tailor services and to grow relationships with different cultural backgrounds
· Ability to prepare and deliver fund industry-related presentations
· Networking skills
· Ability to develop project plans and to deliver projects on time
· Proven track record in respect of Organic / New business growth.
