Compliance Officer – Alternative Asset Manager

Location: Frankfurt

• This opportunity is based in the Frankfurt office but will have responsibilities covering both Luxembourg and German entities.

YOUR NEW CHALLENGES

• Development, monitoring and implementation of group-wide processes to meet legal requirements in Germany and Luxembourg
• Implementation of preventive measures and compliance checks
• Representation of the company towards BaFin, CSSF and external auditors
• Contact person for investment teams, sales, client solutions and back office units in the context of process optimization and regulatory changes
• Participation in projects such as the implementation of new systems, new product processes or the relaunch of investment vehicles
• Development of decision templates and recommendations for action for the board of directors
• Implementation of employee training

OUR ASSET, YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed a university degree in economics or law
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and business processes, asset management or banking
• First relevant professional experience in asset management, at an auditing/consulting company, a financial service provider or a bank
• Excellent teamwork, communication and assertiveness
• Command of the German and English languages, both spoken and written
