Audit Coordination and Fund Oversight – Super ManCo

Location: Luxembourg City

Our client is a well-established, asset and wealth manager who also offers management companies services via their AIFM in Luxembourg. Due to the onboarding of new clients, an additional person is required within the Fund Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Auditor, with a keen interest in investment funds/asset management and looking to gain further insight into the inner workings of a management company.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Oversight of delegates’

• Support the ongoing due diligence on delegated entities by supporting the coordination and preparation of the offsite/onsite ongoing due diligence meetings, coordinating the annual due diligence questionnaires with the delegates and the preparation of the conclusion reports of the ongoing due diligence meetings
• Assist with the collection, review and analysis of the KPI reports from the delegated entities, and ensure that the KPI reports are duly stored in the relevant folders.

Audit coordination

• Coordinate the external audit of the Funds (annual report, semi-annual report and Separate report), by being the point of contact between the auditor, the Fund administrator and the client
• Ensure to properly address every query received from the auditor internally or to external parties

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years experience working in an Audit / Accounting firm in Luxembourg, ideally working on funds or within asset/wealth management
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
