Location – Zurich Region
Our client is a world leader in the oncology sector and are looking for a brand manager assume overall responsibility for all marketing activities relating to Oncology across Europe. They will lead the marketing strategies for specific oncology products currently in the pre-launch Phase. The Brand manager will also work closely with patients to gain insights into customer needs! This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Pharmaceutical group going through an exciting phase!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the marketing and communication strategy and the tactics for products under their remit
- Develop communication materials in accordance compliance rules in place
- Work closely with R&D, Sales, MSL’s to ensure a full understanding
- Liaises with patients and customers to gather key insights in to what the needs are
- Implement market research projects to assess market and customer dynamics
- Lead the pre-launch Phase – planning /flawless execution
- Analysing data , monitoring changes in the industry and competitor analysis
- Leading Business development – identifying areas of interest ,accurate budget planning consequent spending and tracking
- Establishes strong working relationships with selected KOL’s, patient support groups and other relevant external stakeholders
- Cross functional management
- Supporting Business unit head where neccessary
Qualifications
- Academic degree. Life sciences and or Business education
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry biotech /pharma /medical division of another industry.
- Solid Knowledge of Oncology Market
- Fleunt English and German a MUST!
- Very good analytical skills
