Location – Zurich Region

Our client is a world leader in the oncology sector and are looking for a brand manager assume overall responsibility for all marketing activities relating to Oncology across Europe. They will lead the marketing strategies for specific oncology products currently in the pre-launch Phase. The Brand manager will also work closely with patients to gain insights into customer needs! This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Pharmaceutical group going through an exciting phase!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the marketing and communication strategy and the tactics for products under their remit
  • Develop communication materials in accordance compliance rules in place
  • Work closely with R&D, Sales, MSL’s to ensure a full understanding
  • Liaises with patients and customers to gather key insights in to what the needs are
  • Implement market research projects to assess market and customer dynamics
  • Lead the pre-launch Phase – planning /flawless execution
  • Analysing data , monitoring changes in the industry and competitor analysis
  • Leading Business development – identifying areas of interest ,accurate budget planning consequent spending and tracking
  • Establishes strong working relationships with selected KOL’s, patient support groups and other relevant external stakeholders
  • Cross functional management
  • Supporting Business unit head where neccessary

Qualifications

  • Academic degree. Life sciences and or Business education
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry biotech /pharma /medical division of another industry.
  • Solid Knowledge of Oncology Market
  • Fleunt English and German a MUST!
  • Very good analytical skills
