Outsourcing Manager – German Speaker

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation and further development of outsourcing management with corresponding control and monitoring processes
• Control of outsourcing contracts with regard to the required minimum contract components, e.g. according to MaRisk; BAIT, KaMaRisk, KAIT, CSSF circular 17/654
• Coordination and review of the risk / materiality analysis of the outsourcing process in the respective departments
• Review of the appropriate involvement of control functions (such as information security officers, data protection officers) and internal audit in the risk analysis process
• Maintaining a regulatory-compliant outsourcing register
• Central contact for all organizational units regarding outsourcing management and control of service providers
• Reporting to the Executive Board and notification of risks to Risk Management

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in economics, business informatics or comparable education and training
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience at regulated institutions
• Very good knowledge of legal and regulatory outsourcing regulations and their practical application
• Experience in 2nd line of defense and/or outsourcing controlling
• Knowledge of contracts, legal knowledge an advantage
• Good command of English and German
• Very good analytical skills, strategic and networked thinking as well as independent and structured way of working
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
